Damari will sign to GCU (Arizona) on 11/10/2016 at Moreau Catholic High School

Everyone knows of a four-year varsity player somewhere, but Damari is a special kind of vet. Since Damari’s arrival to Moreau Catholic (Hayward) in 2013, he’s made an impact not only for himself but for the Moreau Basketball Program. The MVAL league MVP (2015-2016) now takes on the role of leading a team younger then him to something greater, a State Championship. Damari has numerous accolades such as, NCS Division 3 Player of the year, Northern California Junior of the Year + more. Milstead has also led the brand new Under Armour program Splash City to the Under Armour Association Championship (Summer 2016). In his 3 years at Moreau Catholic High School Damari holds a record of 72-16, not too many can say they’ve won 72 games without even stepping foot on the hardwood for their final season. Check out our piece on Damari as he brings us along for a day in the life experience and explains what made him choose to play for The Grand Canyon Antelopes under¬†former pro¬†Dan Majerle. #LopesUp
